Integrations · HROne

HROne runs your people data. Let it run your training roster too.

If HROne is your HRMS, the training roster should never be maintained twice. The connector syncs employees, roles and reporting lines, enrolls joiners on day one, re-paths transfers, and closes out exits — with per-company field mapping for your HROne configuration.

Two systems of record for one workforce is one too many

When HR maintains people data in HROne and training maintains a parallel roster, the two drift from the first week: the joiner nobody forwarded, the internal transfer still assigned last role’s compliance, the exit still consuming a licence. Every drift is a manual reconciliation, and reconciliations are where audit gaps are born.

The connector makes HROne the single truth. Employment events drive training directly — creation enrolls, role change re-paths, exit closes out — and a scheduled reconciliation sweeps the full roster behind the event stream so a missed webhook never becomes a missing employee. HR keeps doing what it already does; training simply listens.

Mapping built for your HROne, not a template

Departments, designations, locations, employment types and custom fields map per company, with a review queue for records that don’t match cleanly — nothing silently mis-enrolled.

Manager hierarchy comes along

Reporting lines sync too, so manager dashboards scope themselves — each lead sees their own team’s currency without a separate permissions project.

Exits that close everything

Separation in HROne ends platform access the same day, retains evidence per your policy, and frees the licence — the offboarding checkbox that usually gets missed.

Questions buyers ask

What access does the connector need in HROne?

An API credential with read access to the employee directory — nothing more. The platform never writes back to HROne; it remains your system of record, untouched.

How current is the synced roster?

Event-driven where HROne emits events, with scheduled reconciliation behind it. In practice the roster is current within the day, and every sync run is logged.

Can we exclude contractors or specific departments?

Yes — inclusion rules by employment type, department or location are part of per-company configuration, with a visible in/out list you can audit.

What happens to training records when someone leaves?

Access ends with the employment event; evidence retains per your configured policy so the record survives for audits and claims that arrive later.

How long does the integration take to stand up?

Typically inside a week: credential, mapping session, supervised first sync. It runs alongside a pilot rather than blocking it.
