SuccessFactors keeps the record. The engine adds the depth.
SAP-estate enterprises need integrations that respect the estate. This one reads Employee Central for roster truth, applies your assignment rules across entities and jurisdictions, runs the learning engine, and exports verified results back into the SAP record.
Global estates need integrations that don’t fragment the record
In a global SAP estate, a point solution that duplicates people data is a governance problem, not a feature. Entity structures, jurisdictional requirements and works-council considerations all key off the authoritative record — and any system that forks it inherits every reconciliation and compliance question that follows.
The narrow posture avoids the fork: Employee Central is read, never written; assignment rules apply your entity and jurisdiction logic; the engine runs learning; verified results return as records. Global compliance teams keep one truth, and the learning depth arrives without an architecture argument.
Jurisdictional requirement rules
Different countries, different mandates — requirements scope by legal entity and location, and people inherit the correct union automatically.
Language parity across the estate
Banks in the languages the workforce works in, with parity measured — the global rollout requirement that most integrations ignore until go-live.
Evidence per jurisdiction
Verification records scoped by entity for local regulators, and rolled up for group compliance — one system, both audiences.
SuccessFactors, extended
EC remains the system of record; the platform adds the memory layer and returns verified results to the profile.

Start with one region.
Global integrations succeed regionally first — one entity mapped, running and evidenced, then the pattern replicates.

Questions buyers ask
Does a packaged SuccessFactors connector exist?
Results-export via API is standard; EC read connectors are scoped per deployment on the common sync pattern. We’ll be specific about what’s built versus what we’d build for your estate.
Can this coexist with SF Learning?
Yes, and usually does — SF Learning administers mandates and records; the engine supplies verified depth for the programs that need it. The comparison page covers the split.
How are works-council considerations handled?
Transparently: the platform’s data scope, purpose and access model are documented for consultation, and configuration can restrict individual-level visibility where agreements require.
What about employees not in Employee Central?
Contractors and populations outside EC can be enrolled through supplementary imports, clearly marked and reported separately.
How long does a regional rollout take?
Integration in weeks, content and language preparation typically the longer pole. Regional pilots run in parallel with the next region’s setup.
